1. When you purchase the Memorial Pendant for your customer we will mail your customer the envelopes to place their ashes, hair, fur into along with mailing instructions to mail them to Crystal Mountain.

2. Be sure to inform your customer that it will take from 3-4 weeks to receive delivery of their Memorial Pendant from Crystal Mountain once we receive their pets fur, feathers or ashes. Each pendant is handmade when ordered.
