Please to wrap broken pieces individually in tissue paper so they don't hit against each other causing more damage in shipment and can be unpackaged without the repair person getting cut. Do Not Ship broken figurines in an Envelope! Use a card board box only. The sharp pieces will cut the through an envelope and pieces will be lost in transit.

Your name, return address (No P.O. Boxes) and phone number, email address. Once Crystal Mountain receives your package they will contact your with a quote. Please to ship your package by UPS. There should be a UPS store in your area. This is much safer than using the United States Postal Service. Your repaired figurine will be shipped back to you by UPS and it will be insured. This guarantees that your package will arrive and be returned safely.
