Damages and Returns Policy

Returns will only be granted if the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect or item(s) have been damaged in shipment. No returns will be granted because the item color does not match the color on the monitor or because an item differs by 3 mm. or less in either dimension.Our crystal figurines are handmade so no two piece will be exactly alike. We use Swarovski Crystal components to make our crystal figurines. Swarovski is the finest crystal available. Each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Damages: Please inspect your merchandise carefully before discarding the box and packing materials. You'll need to save it for UPS to inspect. UPS insurance is void otherwise. Please email us immediately using the Help Desk ticket system to file damage claims with UPS. Credit will not be issued unless you notify us within 5 business days of receiving shipment. For drop ship orders this time frame is 24 hours of your customer receiving shipment. We only have a limited time to file a claim. If you do not report it within 5 days of receiving your merchandise, we cannot file a claim. We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise not in its original packaging. No exceptions.

Returns and Exchanges: Please inspect your shipment immediately for quantity errors or damages. You must contact us using the Help Desk Ticket sysytem WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS of receiving your shipment to receive credit for any errors or damages.

Failure to contact within FIVE (5) DAYS could result in your not receiving credit. You will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). We will issue a RMA# when we receive your return request. This number must appear in BOLD RED LETTERS on the outside of the package when returns are made. Failure to have this number on the outside of the package will result in the package being refused. Unauthorized returns or C.O.D.'s will not be accepted. Credit for freight to return the merchandise will be issued on your credit memo along with the credit for the returned merchandise. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY CRYSTAL MOUNTAIN CREATIONS.

Describe why you would like to return the merchandise, send us the item number, quantity, description, invoice date (date order) and whether you would like to exchange it or receive credit to your account.

Once we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse and inspect it, we will credit you for any errors or damages, if the merchandise is in re-sell-able condition. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, showing no signs of wear or shelf damage. We recommend insuring your return package since we are not liable to complete the refund or exchange unless the merchandise is in its original, re-sell-able condition. No exchanges or returns after 5 days of delivery to your destination.
