Domestic Shipping Policy (Continental U.S.)

Regardless of whether you are a full Retail customer or a Resell (Drop Ship) customer all orders are shipped by UPS Ground in the continental United States(lower 48 states). There are no exceptions to this rule. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes so please clarify that with your customers. Orders placed with a P.O. Box will not be shipped until we have received a full physical street address to ship your order to.

For orders to Alaska and Hawaii you will have to contact us for shipping costs for your customer. The only way to ship to Alaska or Hawaii is by UPS Second Day Air and it is quite expensive. You will find that the majority of your customers located in Alaska or Hawaii will cancel their order once they are informed of the shipping costs. Most do not understand that there is extra packaging involved for deliveries outside the continental United States (lower 48 states).
