Shipping Costs

At this time we are using flat rate shipping. In the future we will be improvong on this method. Below is the sliding scale for shipping costs.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Most orders will be shipped within 1-5 days, weekends and holidays excluded. If it is going to take longer we will contact you. US shipments are shipped using UPS.

All items are shipped direct from Crystal Mountain. Once an item has been shipped it will depend on your location as to the time frame of delivery.

We try to send all our customers an email with the tracking number a link to that carriers site so they can track their package.

The shipping and handling charges are shown in the shopping cart before final purchase. Shipping and handling is figured by Order Value.

Brick & Mortar Stores

If you want exact shipping costs use the Mail Order form at final checkout and we will calculate the shipping costs for your order and send you and invoice through PayPal or Google Checkout to pay for your entire order. This invoice must be paid when received.

Damage During Shipping

Despite efforts to pack your order carefully, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit.

1. We strongly recommend that you always check your shipment before accepting it.

2. Always inspect your shipment for any damage in transit before signing for delivery. Have delivery person note any damage to cartons(s). They have to do this for you.

3. If damage has occurred, notify the carrier and Crystal Mountain Creations immediately. Save all packages for inspection.

4. The Cost of Shipping for non-damaged items is Non-Refundable!

5. If your item is damaged in shipment it will be cheerfully replaced at no cost to you.
